Ruhija Gorilla Safari Lodge – Ruhija – Bwindi Impenetrable Forest is a moderate and up-market lodge in the Ruhija area of Bwindi Impenetrable Forest and is located on a ridge in a peaceful and natural environment. There is the main lodge itself – with a crackling fireplace in the evening to take off the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest chill and it is a favorite area for guests who congregate around the fireplace with a drink or coffee and exchange the gorilla tracking experiences that they have had that very day.
Food is also served here and the lodge provides fresh local and international dishes to the delight of the guests. There is a well-stocked bar and at times cultural entertainment can be enjoyed here at Ruhija Gorilla Safari lodge.
For added comfort, there are books and magazines that you can read and enjoy while sitting in the main lodge or in your spacious cottage which has comfortable beds with warm bedding for those cool nights here. Each room is self-contained with bathroom and amenities such as hot water are available here at Ruhija Gorilla Safari Lodge.
