st Camp:
There are Bandas available at a budget price, bring your own food and toilet facilities are outside of the Bandas or cabins. The scenic rugged beauty of Kidepo Valley National Park along with the wildlife that awaits will be well worth it.
The Bandas (African Style Cabins) are quite basic but come with two beds, some food must be brought in since there is not a public restaurant available while staying at Apoka Rest Camp. However as of late, food preparation can be pre-arranged of basic meals.
The camp is presently managed by Uganda Wildlife Authority and the Bandas have recently been updated and improved. The main problem is that there is no restaurant here, however, you can purchase drinks.
