Our COVID-19 Flexible Booking Policy: We understand that flexibility is called for during these uncertain COVID-19 times. 2020 has been a year of upheaval, shocks, and disappointments, a year where the earth stood still without people traveling. As more people around the world receive their COVID-19 vaccinations is should reduce new infections. Vaccinated Travelers will soon be more confident to travel once again.
The Coronavirus pandemic is reshaping travel and tourism. A flexible booking policy gives our clients the confidence and peace of mind to do so.
We know that the pandemic can unexpectedly change our plans. That’s why, when you book a safari with us, you have the flexibility to change your travel plans with the assurance that you’ll have options to re-book when you feel it is right to do so. Just notify us about changes to your travel plans at least 30 days before your scheduled departure. We allow you to pick new safari dates with no change fee charges for the rebooking.
The only exception is if you book a safari with Gorilla, Chimpanzee, Golden Monkey Tracking permits. The Uganda Wildlife Authority issues the Primate tracking permits and allows limited related to COVID-19 no-fee rebooking changes.

Our COVID-19 Flexible Booking Policy
- Please take advantage of our Flexible payments option: Lock in your trip with a deposit and then pay the rest in installments
whenever you like, with no interest or fees. Just make sure you’ve paid in full by 14 days before your safari begins.
- Use our Flexible deposit option: Should you cancel your within 30 days before the safari begins, you can transfer your deposit to a future safari and hold your deposit on file indefinitely. We only require Gorilla, Chimpanzee, and Golden Monkey tracking permit down payment in full to secure them with the Uganda Wildlife Authority with our flexible booking options.
- No change fees: If you let us know about your change in safari plans at least 30 days before your departure, and there’ll be no fees to change your safari. (Gorilla, Chimpanzee, Golden Monkey Tracking Permits depend on Uganda Wildlife Authority or the ability to resell your permit.)
- Lock in your Safari now: You can lock in your future safari dates, including Primate tracking permits with a minimal down payment for permits only.
