3-day Fly-in – Luxury Gorilla Habituation Experience Safari
On this 3-Day Luxury Gorilla Habituation Experience Safari, you fly from Entebbe in the morning to Kisoro, where we take you to your lunch with activities in the afternoon or relax and chill out staying at the Exclusive Clouds mountain Gorilla lodge.
You are with a Family for 4-hours. There a maximum of four participants, researchers, and trackers will give you insight into the lives of the gentle giants of the forest.
The Gorilla Habituation Experience is limited to 4 participants per day presently. It is prudent to plan by at least six months or more for this Safari.

3-Day Fly In Luxury Gorilla Trekking Safari from Entebbe:
Fly from Entebbe to either Kihihi near Buhoma or Kisoro for the Mgahinga Gorilla Park or the Rushaga or Nkuringo area of Bwindi Forest. It is a 75-minute flight and less than an hour from the landing strip to the lodge where you will be staying.
Your Driver-Guide will meet you with the Vehicle and take you to your lodge. It is the shortest way timewise to get to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest and Mgahinga Gorilla Park.
There are upmarket, luxury, and exclusive lodges to stay near your Gorilla Trek on the next day. If you stay in the northern area of Buhoma, you can add two days and stay at the exclusive Ishasha Wilderness Camp, where you track the Tree-Climbing Lions found here.
4-Day Fly-In Twice Gorilla Trekking Luxury Safari-Bwindi Impenetrable Forest:
This Luxury Fly-In Safari takes you on a 1 1/2 hour flight to either Kihihi in the north of Bwindi Impenetrable Forest or south to Kisoro – after you land, it is 45 minutes to one hour to your luxury lodge.
You can trek the same Gorilla Family twice or trek two different Gorilla Families on two separate days. You can even choose to treks in two different parks. and experience two different habitats.
Incoming lodging in Entebbe can be added at the beginning of the safari’s end for your convenience.

This Fly-In Safari takes in two different Gorilla Parks, Mgahinga Gorilla Park and Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. Trek the gentle giants on the sides of the Virunga Volcanoes and inside of Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. Stay in two different lodges, Mount Gahinga Lodge and either Clouds Mountain Lodge or Gorilla Safari Lodge in the Rushaga Region of Bwindi Impenetrable Forest.
It is only in Uganda that you can track the sides of the Volcanoes and in Bwindi Forest. This Safari must be booked well in advance due to permit availability, especially in Mgahinga, where only the Nyakagezi Gorilla Group will trek.

On this 5-Day-Luxury Fly-in Safari, you are taking Gorilla Trekking in the Buhoma Area of Bwindi Impenetrable Forest and the Wildlife Tree-Climbing Lions found in the Ishasha area of Queen Elizabeth Park.
You Fly to Kihihi, which is located conveniently close to both the Buhoma Area of Bwindi Impenetrable Forest and Ishasha. There is no long drive time involved, and the focus is on Mountain Gorillas and Wildlife.
In Buhoma, you have a wide array of luxury lodges to choose from, including several exclusive ones.
There is only one luxury lodge in Ishasha since it is more off the beaten tourist path Path.
8-Day Luxury Fly-In Drive Gorilla-Chimpanzee Trekking Wildlife Safari
This safari has no long drive times – 2 1/2 hours is the longest time on the road between 3 parks. Luxury Lodges, Private Vehicle with the added convenience of flight, which gives you more time in the parks and less on the road.
It is one of our more popular Fly-In Safaris since it includes Gorilla and Chimpanzee Trekking. The added wildlife and stunning scenery are found in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest and Kibale Forest. We cover everything in the safari but drinks at lodges and tips (some lodges serve complimentary non-premium beverages, wine, and beer.)
Seasonal Discounts that lodges offer will be automatically passed on to you. Lodges vary in dates, that they offer discounted rates to guests.

Packing for your flying Gorilla Safari in Uganda: 
- Pack light and in a Duffle bag (preferred while on a Flying Safari in Uganda, 30 pounds (15 Kilos) is the limit for a Flying Safari in Uganda.
- Gorilla Gear: Wear during your flight. Hiking Boots, Socks, Long-Trousers, Long-Sleeved Shirt, Light-Rain Jacket, Hat.
- Pack all other Things, including Gardening Gloves that protect your hands against thorns, nettles.
- Use Daypack as your carry-on and Pack the Camera Equipment (use shower cap or Ziploc bags). Put all essential documents into Daypack inside of Plastic Envelope.
- Just the Essentials are the Key to keeping within weight restrictions.
The key to a flying safari is packing light and only the essentials – that might be hard for some, but it makes the journey more comfortable. The cost of extra luggage is 6 USD per Kilo and is dependent on the total weight of the plane. It is not always permitted, but we never had a case where it was not allowed, but there is that possibility.
