Nga’ Moru Wilderness Camp changed all that – today at a moderate price, you can stay there while exploring one of the best parks in all of Africa, where less than ten new visitors arrive each day, and you often may feel like you are the only person in the park. It is Africa without the crowds.
Nga’ Moru Wilderness Camp in Kidepo Valley Park takes a bit of an effort to get there. Once there, you find a relaxing Wilderness Camp on a hill just outside of Kidepo Valley Park. You have stunning views all around from the majestic Morungole Mountains to the Narus Valley – you never realized that there could be a place such Nga’ Moru Wilderness Camp.
Nga’ Moru Wilderness Camp is situated in one of the most remote and wildest places in East Africa. The secluded Kidepo Valley National park, where Africa as you imagined it to be, awaits you, and Nga Moru Wilderness Camp is your home for the next few nights in the incredible wilderness around you. A camp where you see more wildlife having a meal than you might see people, keep your camera handy at all times.
You will find two self-contained with bath cabanas here – set apart from the lodging and both have an excellent and breathtaking view of the park, each Cabana can accommodate up to four single beds. There are also three Safari Tents with a thatched roof over them and on platforms for your comfort – the maximum capacity is two occupants. The tents are also self-contained with bath units.
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are culinary delight events which everyone enjoys much and is surprised as to what can be served in the wilderness of Kidepo Valley National Park, much of the produce comes from Nga’ Moru Wilderness Camp’s garden.
